The magazine Salz & Pfeffer was founded in 1989 by Daniel E. Eggli and has been owned by publisher Robert Meier senior since 2002. The Zurich-based publishers include the magazines Salz & Pfeffer as well as the delicatessen fair Gourmesse.

 

In the latest edition they wrote a piece about Nightwatch.
