Rinaldo Angelo Vlijter woont sinds 2009 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Hij is een ondernemer in hart en nieren. Hij houdt er niet van zijn handen op te houden’ Rinaldo kookt traditionele Creoolse gerechten. Hij is wat dat betreft uniek in Nederland, alle overige Surinaamse restaurants verkopen standaardgerechten. Zijn kracht ligt in het zelf klaarmaken van de gerechten op traditionele wijze om zo van ieder gerecht een specialiteit te maken. Hij bereid kwaliteitsgerechten en koopt kwaliteitsproducten om deze gerechten te maken. Er zijn veel Surinaamse mensen in Amsterdam-Zuidoost die dat zeer op prijs stellen De kwaliteit gaat boven de prijs. Je proeft gewoon Suriname.
